The problem is usually face is that my ip get blacklisted even though content,email list etc is clean. why ?

Your email list has some bad email addresses that causing this probably so you need to first clean your list remove the hard bounces, bad email addresses and spam trapper email addresses to fix the issue. Thanks

Providers usually blacklist unverified IP addresses. Check with the company blocking you.
