Why my email is going to spam even with SPF, and DKIM, records?

It could be because may be your

1. IP is blacklisted.
2. Domain is blacklisted
3. SUbject line has spam words
4. Email Content is spam word based.
5. The domain or ips used before for bulk mailing and got many complains or had bad reputation is previous campaigns
6. Email Sending software has some header foot prints that receiver spam trappers detecting as spam.

Is the email address and IP address is new? If yes you have to warm up the IP address and email address. Just google it warming up the new domain and IP for email marketing.
